Returns & Exchanges

At Anagram Shoes, we want you to love your purchase. If not, our return and exchange process is simple and hassle-free.

To start this process, you can mail us on support@anagramshoes.com with your Name and Order ID. You can Whatsapp us on +91 8591923079.

Returns

You can return your shoes within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in unworn, pristine condition with all elements of the original packaging (shoe box, shoe dust bag, paper packaging etc)
We recommend taking photos of the product condition before handing them over to the return executive.
Once approved, all refunds will be processed as store credits equal to the product value, valid for a period of 18 months.

Exchanges

You can request a size or design exchange within 5 days of receiving your product.
All items must be returned in unused and original condition.
A ₹250 fee applies for exchanges. This helps cover part of the two-way logistics cost (pick-up and re-delivery).
Each item is eligible for only one exchange.
